EFI Academy Lights Up the Mid-Autumn Festival with Culture and Community
The campus of EFI Academy was transformed by the warm glow and vibrant energy of a unforgettable Full Moon Festival celebration! Our students, faculty, and staff came together in the sunshine to honor this cherished cultural tradition, making it a beautiful moment of community and togetherness.
The festivities began with a stunning display of student creativity. All our students had the opportunity to view a beautiful paper lantern exhibition, a testament to the hard work and imagination of our Primary students. The colorful, handcrafted lanterns illuminated the space and set the perfect mood for the day ahead.
The energy peaked as a magnificent traditional Dragon Dance took over the school yard! The rhythmic drums and acrobatic movements captivated everyone, bringing cheers and smiles to every face. This performance was a fantastic way to share the excitement and rich cultural history of the festival with our entire international school community.
To complete the celebration, our community came together to share traditional Mooncakes. This sweet tradition offered a perfect, delicious moment of quiet connection, allowing students and staff to pause and enjoy the cultural significance of the harvest season together.
At EFI Academy, we believe in integrating cultural experiences like the Full Moon Festival into our international curriculum.
