Lunar New Year Festivities
A Joyous Recap of EFI's Lunar New Year Festivities
Tết also known as Lunar New Year or Vietnamese New Year, holds a great cultural and traditional significance in Vietnam. It marks the beginning of the lunar calendar and is the most widely celebrated holiday in the country.
As the Lunar New Year festivities fade away, we reflect on a vibrant and culturally enriching celebration that unfolded at the EFI Campus.
Cultural Delights:
EFI's Tết Festival was a delightful celebration of Vietnamese culture and traditions. From the moment students and parents entered, vibrant decorations, beautiful lanterns, and the enchanting sounds of traditional music greeted them. It was a visual and auditory feast that immersed everyone in the spirit of Tết.
Cultural Performances:
The stage came alive with vibrant performances that captivated the audience. Students showcased their talents through traditional dances, melodious songs, and captivating instrumental performances. The dedication and passion displayed by our students not only entertained but also educated our community about the cultural significance of these performances.
Community Engagement:
We believe that Tết is a time of unity and togetherness. Our festival extends a warm invitation to the wider community, encouraging neighbours, friends, and families to come together and celebrate. This sense of community engagement strengthens relationships and fosters a deeper understanding and appreciation of Vietnamese culture.
